What to Expect
The AfterWrite Session is a space to slow down and process what life has been piling on you. Together, we’ll review the prompts from the Healing While Hustling Journal Pack — reflecting, releasing, and making sense of what’s been sitting on your spirit.
This isn’t a workshop where you have to perform or “be good at journaling.”
It’s a guided moment to breathe, share (only if you want to), and feel supported by women who are also navigating life while trying to stay aligned.
Come as you are — excited, tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, or curious.
Just bring your completed journal prompts, an open heart, and the willingness to pour back into yourself.
