In Dimes we Trust- Mike Dimes
This project had us shook. The slow but hard-hitting bass and treble with the clear & consistent flow create a pocket that you want to sit in. Always Prai founder, being raised in Texas is always intuned to its newest sounds and this project is one of them. We’re glad to see Mike Dimes as a nominee for XXL Freshmen.

Getaway EP- Orion Sun
This EP was our first time discovering Orion Sun. But I’m glad to be able to add her to my everyday list of songs played. Orion Sun’s EP combines heavy bass, light melodies, & intricate beats to contrast her heavenly tone. This culmination creates a unique sound that can’t be replicated. This EP will definitely turn you into a fan.

Catch Me If You Can- Adekunle Gold
This was our first time discovering Nigerian singer-songwriter Adekunle Gold. This project sparked our interest because of the pop afro-beat culmination and features from well-known American and International artists. It’s hard not to catch the vibe. It’s the perfect springtime and vacation groove. This album is definitely one of those that you play straight through.

[BUMP] Pick Me Up EP- Bas
This project only consists of four tracks but doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the concept of quality over quantity. All of the tracks are pretty great. Bas is joined by fire features Gunna & Galimatias as well as his fellow Dreamville members including leader J.Cole to create a quick and sweet Meldodic R&B/Hip EP. Overall, this project is great for the spring to summer transition.

Simple- IDK
I hate to compare and don’t crucify me but IDK gives me old-school parallel universe Kanye West vibes. This project is a lot different than others in the fact that it’s a completely different genre. It’s labeled as electronic but I think it’s more funk/soul with a touch of dance. Either way, we like this side of IDK just as much. This album is clean, hip, and fits with IDK’s sense of expression.
