Our mission is to empower BIPOC women through community, culture, and conscious living.

I’m Prais’Jah — a visionary, storyteller, and spiritual entrepreneur. I started Always Prai because I was tired of being boxed in. Tired of watching so many BlPOC women shrink themselves just to survive. So I created what I needed most: a safe space to grow, express, heal, and be seen in our full light.

Always Prai isn’t just a brand. It’s a way of being. It’s the journey back to yourself — your power, your voice, your dreams. Rooted in spirituality, creative freedom, and ancestral wisdom, we’re building a lifestyle and supportive ecosystem that nurtures the next generation of soulful disruptors.

I Built the Space I Couldn’t Find.

Always Prai began in 2018 as a creative media platform — a place to celebrate culture, creativity, and the people shaping both. But as I grew, the vision grew with me. I realized I didn’t just want to tell stories. I wanted to create the spaces where community could actually happen.

1. Women-Centered Programs

Prais’Jah’s background in marketing and content creation taught her how powerful storytelling can be. Always Prai started as a place to pour that creativity into something of her own.

2. Then Life Asked for More

As the brand — and I — evolved, conversations around healing, alignment, spirituality, and intentional growth became impossible to separate from the work.

3. Community Become the Work

What started online became real rooms, real conversations, and intentional experiences where women could journal, connect, reflect, dream, and simply be.

4. Now We're Building Something Bigger

Today, Always Prai is growing into an ecosystem of experiences, resources, community, and support designed to help women build meaningful lives without losing themselves in the process.

Growing Something Bigger Than Us...

Reach 1,000 GROWGIRLS

Our first goal is to grow the Growgirls email community to 1,000 women — building a strong foundation of women who want to connect, grow, and be part of what Always Prai is creating.

Create Sustainable Community Support

Once we reach 1,000 Growgirls, the goal is to launch paid memberships that offer deeper connection, exclusive experiences, resources, and ongoing support while helping fund the larger community vision.

Turn Membership Into Collective Impact

A portion of membership revenue will contribute to the Community Fund Pool — creating a consistent source of money that can be poured directly back into the women in our community.

Put Resources Back Into our Hands

The long-term goal is to use the Community Fund Pool to provide grants and financial support to Growgirls working toward their dreams, businesses, creative projects, or next chapter.
