8. Photography, Video & Event Content

Photography or video recording may occur during certain Always Prai events for documentation, promotional purposes, or community storytelling.

We will obtain any consent required by applicable law before using identifiable participant images, voices, or testimonials for promotional purposes.

Participants who have privacy concerns may contact the event team before or during an event.

Attendees must respect other participants’ requests not to be photographed or recorded.

9. Wellness & Personal Development Disclaimer

Always Prai provides experiences and resources intended to support self-reflection, mindfulness, creativity, emotional awareness, and personal development.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our facilitators and coaches do not provide licensed medical or mental health treatment through Always Prai offerings.

Participation in meditation, breathwork, movement, sound baths, journaling, or other wellness activities is voluntary.

Some activities may involve physical or emotional discomfort. Participants are encouraged to modify or discontinue activities when needed and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if they have relevant health concerns.

We do not guarantee specific emotional, financial, professional, spiritual, or personal outcomes.

10. Coaching & Individual Sessions

Coaching, clarity calls, and personal development services are designed to provide supportive guidance, reflection, and goal exploration.

They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Appointment cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy and any additional terms disclosed at booking.
